Account Manager [Sales / Alcohol]

Our client is looking for a competent Account Manager who is able to find business opportunities and manage B2B customer relationships.

You will need to be experience in sales and customer service. You should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential and existing customers to demonstrate our services and products.

Job Description

• Manage key accounts as the main point of contact
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify and meet with potential clients to discuss their requirements and introduce our products
• Stay up to date with new products
• Execute strategies to meet sales targets
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
• Participate in procurement forecasting based on client needs
• Ensure timely repayment from clients for products purchased

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in F&B/Alcohol Sales
• Extensive work experience in lieu of paper qualifications can be considered
• Sommelier Certification is a plus
• Committed to continuous education through events, trainings and certifications
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently
