Business Analyst, Market Research (Wholesale/ Distributor)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, analyze product data, and identify customer behaviors and trends.
• Develop a deep understanding of key product lines, market trends, and pricing dynamics to tailor offers to customers daily.
• Analyze customer responses and compile findings.
• Evaluate the feasibility of customer offers and supplier proposals.
• Collaborate closely with trading teams and business managers, ensuring effective coordination to drive business growth.
• Offer essential insights for pricing decisions.
• Provide inputs for performance review meetings and projections.
• Maintain and manage databases efficiently.
• Contribute to establishing inventory norms.
• Foster sustainable business relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above is preferably with 4 years working experience in the related field and sales experience is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in analytical and numerical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Familiarity with data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel.
