Busy restaurants have unique challenges. inline (yes, lowercase “i”) helps busy restaurants automate their front-of-house operations and improve the user experience of the restaurants’ guests before, during, and after dining with software and cloud services. Role: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible from lead generation, cold call to set meeting and to close restaurant clients
  
• Responsible for onboarding clients, setting up accounts and client training
• Client account management and client relationship management
• Work closely with restaurants to determine their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the right solutions.
• Work directly with the team and the manager to drive market growth together
• Provide necessary feedback and assist in localization of the product

Location

• This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software sales experience
• Self motivated and result-driven, with a clear & evident high level of commitment
• Thrives in an energetic, competitive atmosphere
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with restaurant clients
• Ability to identify and understand the client's business needs
• Basic Google Sheet, Google Docs, and Google Presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin both in writing and verbally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B SaaS sales
• Familiar with F&B marketing/operations
• Familiar with F&B apps and software products
