Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Senior Service Consultant to join our team! As a Sales Consultant you will need to implement, monitor and analyze our sales department performance, strategy and suggest solutions for improvement and optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives
• Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
• Well understand company's products and services offerings, features and pricing
• Monitor KPIs regularly weekly basic
• Attend educational seminars and conferences
• Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives
• Identify opportunities for product and service
• Identify opportunities for new client
• Find prospective customers and new target segments
• Able to speak well Chinese and English
