Selling Floor

• Well-mannered, well-groomed, good Self-image Management
• Greet customers Politely and energetically, provide a comfortable environment to make sure that our customers have seamless shopping experience
• Advise our customers on the product design, sizing and materials, assist them to find the clothing that suit them the most
• Ensure that the selling floor is tidy and clean at all time
• Distribution of the clothing that being fitted by the customers to the assigned rack

Store

• Stock management including checking of incoming stocks, confirmation of outgoing stocks, arrangement of stock in the storeroom, transfer and packing of goods (Required climbing up of step Ladder)
• Ensure the cleanliness of storeroom at all time

Cashier

• Ensure the cleanliness of the cashier area
• Being Meticulons when handing payment matters(e.g change of cash, contactless payment etc)
• Greet customers with polite and friendly attitude
• Reception task such as handling of incoming call
• Check of remaining stock through computer system

Other Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Communicate with colleagues with friendly and polite attitude
• Need to help other colleague to get food (Remark:Only allowed to have break in the shop)
• Always report to the shop manager on your whereabouts
