Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities and expand sales pipeline through cold calling networking, and social media
• Responsible for maintaining and growing the customer base for the bakery segment
• Manage and maintain customer relationship, review and identify the possible growth of each account
• Identifies product improvements or new products by studying current industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Reviewing sales performance, aiming to achieve monthly and/or annual targets set by management
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in bakery ingredients products will be an advantage
• Possess good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, self-motivate with good prospecting and cold calling skills
• Creative & positive attitude, be effective in problem-solving
• Adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Preferably possess own transport

Basic salary + Commission + Transport allowance + HP claim
