• Demonstrating vehicle features and capabilities during test drives.

Sales Generation:

• Proactively engaging with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Utilizing effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close deals.
• Negotiating terms of sale to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership.
• Following up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge:

• Staying up-to-date on the inventory of pre-owned vehicles, including make, model, year, mileage, and condition.
• Understanding the unique selling points of each vehicle and effectively communicating them to customers.
• Continuously expanding knowledge of automotive trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

Administrative Tasks:

• Completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts, finance agreements, and vehicle registrations.
• Coordinating with the finance department to secure financing options for customers, if needed.
• Ensuring all sales documentation is in compliance with legal and dealership policies.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
