Sales Executive (outdoor)

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Business development, promote and demonstrate product concepts.

• Attend to sales enquires, and perform site surveys according to daily schedule.

• Establish & maintain relationship with customers including existing contact, follow up, quotation, sales order and payment collection.

• liaise and coordination with architects, developer, main contractor and others sub-contractor

• A team player with strong interpersonal

• Close Sales & Achieve sales targets set by the company

• Any others duties that are assigned by the head of department.

• Basic Salary + Allowance + Commission + Target Incentive

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess own vehicle (preferred)

• Min "N" level or higher

• Pleasant personality and Self motivated

• Comfortable and confident in face to face interaction with people

• Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skill

• Preferred to have at least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in similar industry or outdoor sales experience

• Sales experience in interior furnishing industry is an added advantage but candidate with no experience are welcome too as training is provided

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese customer)

• Short notice / Immediate availability
