Sales & Marketing Specialist

The Role:

The Overseas Immigration Sales and Marketing Specialist shall take the responsibility of serving the client with the latest information about changes to immigration, sales and cliental requirements. Immigration sales, development and consultations will be key job responsibilities as well being part of the immigration team assisting with client’s requirement, relationship and management.

Responsibilities: 

• Sales planning and identifying business opportunities
• Should have sound sales knowledge and a convincing personality
• Handle all types of sales queries related to immigration, training and applications.
• Collect and collate of all documentation from the client necessary to process their applications
• Must maintain the confidentiality of the client’s case and manage the case to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a committed manner.
• Follow up with and update the client with latest status of their application in a timely manner and inform about any changes in policies and procedure which affect their case file.
• Assigning various duties to the immigration team members and generating reports to present to the directors.
• Update the immigration team members on new immigration policies and procedures.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing and sales

Requirements: 

• Min 3 - 5 years of work experience related to Sales / Marketing is preferred
• Excellent sales, customer relationship skills and strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical skills
• Any related bachelor’s degree is considered.
• Willingness to learn and possess attention to details with knowledge of current affairs
• Excellent communication in the English language is mandatory
• Multi-tasking, Pro-active attitude with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Quick thinking and a problem solving attitude along with confidence
• Able to work diligently under pressure from time to time
