Senior Sales Manager (Modern on-trade sales)

Job Description:

• Sell, promote the product portfolio within or not limited to assigned area
• Spearhead the sales team in visioning of sales and marketing strategy
• Responsible for brand activities and sales revenue generation
• Establish and maintain close relationships with all existing and new clients to explore new sales and cross selling opportunities
• Seize business opportunities to increase market share and strengthen brand market presence through negotiations
• Report directly to Head of Department, responsible for development and performance of sales activities for on-trade segment
• Develop promotional campaigns, formulate sales plans and strategies to increase overall on-trade sales revenue and strengthen market shares
• Ensure timely report of sales call and feedback other key competitors activities

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level/ Diploma in any field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably beer industry
• Candidate with beer, wines/spirits sales experience preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (Must be able to communicate with China Chinese customers)
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Both a leader and a good team player

Salary: Basic salary + good commission + transport allowance + performance bonus
