Job Description - Telemarketing Representative

DURATION: 12-month (Contract)

LOCATION: East Area (Nearest MRT Station: Expo MRT Station)

SALARY: Up to $2500 (Basic) + Commission

JOB SCOPE:

Servicing and offering Fund Transfers Programs through Balance Transfers and Installment Loans for existing customers
Explain to customers the different kinds of loans available
Provide excellent customer service
Remain knowledgeable on related topics like payment hierarchy and interest rates

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum ‘N’ Levels
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience, those with no experience are welcome to apply
Sales oriented with good communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
