COMMAND CENTRE OFFICER (Controller)

Location: Ubi Avenue 3

Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6 days workweek)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily deployment of Security Officers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Security Officers on a 24/7 basis.
• Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems and other physical security systems.
• Respond promptly to security system alarms, faults, and alerts in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).
• Accurately document and report all security incidents, system faults, and operational matters to Operation Manger (OM) in timely manner.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to security incidents or suspicious activities, ensuring appropriate escalation in line with SOPs.
• Be familiar with and execute emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain effective communication with Security Officers to support smooth operations.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Operation Manager (OM)

Job Requirement:

• Valid Senior Security Officer (SSO) PWM Security Licence (minimum).
• Able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft (Word and Excel).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a command center and Certification in Command Centre Operations & Incident Reporting are an advantage.
