GSOC Coordinator

Work Timing:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight for quality review and successful project completion.
• Serve as the liaison between the client and Service Provider to ensure the successful completion of all deliverables.
• Assist BP Manager in managing the business protection programme within the JAPAC region.
• Provide administrative and data entry support.
• Track GSOC metrics and analyze performance of GSOC.
• Conduct constant review of GSOC policies and SOPs together with the BP Manager.
• Conduct onboarding of new GSOC staff and retraining of current staff.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent, otherwise candidates with notable experience will be considered.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Knowledge of business protection programs and security operations is an advantage.
