Operations Executive (Security)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to oversee daily security operations across multiple sites, ensuring service excellence, managing manpower deployment, maintaining client relations, and supporting smooth security service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned security sites to maintain service standards and compliance with client and company policies
• Supervise and guide Security Supervisors and Security Officers to ensure effective team performance
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to client requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures
• Plan and manage manpower deployment and duty rostering, arranging replacements promptly to address manpower shortages
• Liaise with clients on operational matters and respond promptly to service-related issues to maintain strong client relationships
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Monitor security personnel’s performance, discipline, attendance, and professional appearance to uphold operational standards
• Provide operational support during emergencies and respond to urgent operational matters outside office hours as needed
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s private security regulations and company operational requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Security Supervisor qualification/licence recognised in Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security operations, site management, or supervisory roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
