Security Officer

- Conduct security monitoring with the use of surveillance systems, detect and report security breaches

- Ensure safety and security of the building for the users and tenants

- Administer access control and alarm monitoring systems to manage access into sensitive and restricted areas

- Respond to security incident and emergencies and report to key Management staff when necessary

- Keep vigilance against threats of workplace violence and terrorist activities to ensure personnel safety and security

-Control access to the property by monitoring residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.

-Register visitors and verify identities in accordance with MCST security procedures.

-Conduct regular patrols of the estate, including common areas, car parks, and perimeter.

-Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment.

-Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, and resident complaints.

-Enforce house rules, by-laws, and traffic regulations within the estate.

-Report suspicious activities, accidents, damages, and security breaches to the Security Supervisor or Management Office.

-Maintain occurrence books, incident reports, visitor logs, and daily patrol records.

-Coordinate with emergency services such as the Police, SCDF, and ambulance services when required.

-Monitor contractors and renovation works to ensure compliance with approved working hours and estate regulations.

-Assist in crowd control during estate events and emergency evacuations.

-Ensure security equipment and facilities are functioning properly and report defects immediately.
