Security Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our security services. This role is not office-bound and involves travel to assigned sites to ensure smooth operations, client satisfaction, and most importantly, the well-being of our security officers.

We believe that our people are our greatest strength. You are expected to lead with care, ensuring your officers are supported and treated with respect at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily deployment of security officers across various sites.
• Point of contact and support for security officers; ensure their welfare, concerns, and working conditions are properly addressed.
• Respond to operational issues and manpower needs as they arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
• Work closely with the command centre and compliance team.
• Handle client communication and feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Possess a valid PLRD licence
• Security-related experience or qualifications is a plus.
• Positive attitude, integrity, self-discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Willing to be on standby and respond when operational support is needed.
• Strong sense of ownership and empathy towards frontline officers.
• Comfortable working on the move (role is not office-based).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
• Own transport is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 0800hrs to 1700hrs.
• Required to respond to operational needs when required outside office hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
