Senior Security Officer (SSO) – Corporate Security Operations Centre (SOC)

Job Description

Corporate Intelligence & Security Management (CISM) is looking for committed and professional Senior Security Officers to support operations within a Corporate Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site security through access control, screening operations, incident management and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform access control duties for staff, visitors and contractors.

• Manage visitor registration and contractor access processes.

• Support Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities and monitoring functions.

• Carry out security escorts when required.

• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and security concerns.

• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily occurrence documentation.

• Enforce site security policies, procedures and safety requirements.

• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors and stakeholders.

• Support operational requirements as assigned by supervisors and management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid PLRD Security Officer License.

• Hold a valid CSSPB certification (Security Screening of Person & Bag Check).

• Relevant security experience will be advantageous.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good computer literacy and report writing skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Able to perform rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays when rostered.
