SOC Operation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Manage SOC system user accounts and access permissions in accordance with established procedures.

Assist site personnel with user access requests, permission assignments, and system-related issues.

Review and validate daily security data submitted by various sites, identify potential risks, escalate issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

Monitor and respond to SOC system alerts, coordinate with site teams to investigate and rectify abnormal alarms.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered within the SOC system.

Support the testing, commissioning, and acceptance of SOC-related hardware and equipment.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of security incidents and operational issues.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with regional teams.

Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Basic knowledge of IT systems, access control, or security monitoring systems will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
