Responsibilities:

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals and small groups, focusing on water safety, stroke techniques, and skill development
• Basic attendance taking/tracking 
• Evaluate swimmers' abilities and provide personalized instruction to help them improve
• Create and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and skill levels of students
• Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide hands-on assistance as needed
• Enforce safety rules and protocols in and around the pool area
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback and encouragement
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding students' progress and address any questions or concerns
• Stay current with certifications such as CPR and standard first aid

 Requirements:

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work with individuals of all ages especially young kids
• Current certifications in swim coaching, CPR, and first aid is preferred but willingness to obtain upon hiring is most vital
• Passion for teaching and promoting water safety
