6723 - IT Support Executive [Training Provided]

Position title : IT Support Executive

Location: Defu Lane

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm

Salary : $2500 - $3000

Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate IT Support Executive to provide first-level support for our internal business applications and IT equipment. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in IT support and willing to learn business systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

Application Support

• Provide first-level support for company applications (Web App, Mobile Apps, ERP) and software.
• Assist users with login issues, clouds, VPN, websites, outlook and Microsoft Office, basic troubleshooting, and system usage enquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or external vendors when required.
• Assist in testing system enhancements and updates.
• Maintain user guides and support documentation.
• Conduct basic user training and support for new employees.

IT Support

• Provide support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot basic network, internet, email, and printing issues.
• Assist with user account creation and password resets.
• Support IT equipment setup for new staff.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.

General Duties

• Respond to support requests in a timely manner.
• Record and track support issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and maintenance.
• Assist in IT-related projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Entry level is welcome, On job training provided for internal business applications and support processes.
• 0–2 years of IT support experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, printers, and networking concepts.
