Account Manager (up to $5,500 base OTE 150k B2B Solution Sales)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients within assigned sectors (Enterprise, Education, Government, Hospitality, Entertainment)
• Identify opportunities and drive sales of integrated AV and technology solutions
• Engage clients to understand requirements and propose tailored solution-based offerings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term growth
• Work closely with internal design, operations, and project teams to deliver solutions effectively
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals
• Track pipeline, forecast sales performance, and achieve individual and team targets
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2–3 years of experience in B2B solution sales
• Strong network or exposure within relevant sectors (IT, AV, ELV, or related industries preferred)
• Proven ability to manage pipeline and close deals in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and driven mindset
