AI Applications Executive

We are looking for people to drive AI, automation, and digital transformation across the organisation. Working closely with business leaders, you’ll implement innovative technology solutions that enhance healthcare operations, improve patient experiences, and transform the way we work.

This is an innovation-focused role—not a traditional IT support position.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Identify, evaluate, implement, and optimise AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage, enhance, and support business applications and digital platforms.
• Develop system integrations, workflow automations, and API connections to streamline business processes.
• Coordinate with software vendors on system implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support digital transformation projects, including planning, testing (UAT), deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Train and support users to drive adoption of AI and digital tools across the organisation.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies that enhance healthcare operations and patient experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in the support, maintenance, or delivery of IT projects
• Understanding of Agile software development practices is an advantage
• Experience in data automation or vibe coding is an advantage.
