Join us as a Lead AI SDLC Enablement Engineer to embedAI-powered tooling directly into the software development lifecycle acrossclient organizations. This is a hands-on practitioner position at the frontierof how software is built.

You will deploy, configure and champion OF AI SDLCtooling ecosystem like DIAL and other delivery accelerators. Act as theengine of continuous improvement by evaluating emerging tools, runningstructured evaluations and building the playbooks that keep EPAM Systems aheadof the curve.

*Responsibilities*

- Master AI SDLC tooling portfolio to understandconfiguration, extensibility and real-world implementation. 

- Lead the deployment and adoption of AI SDLC toolswithin client engineering organizations by assessing workflows and identifyingintegration points. 

- Embed AI assistance across the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle including code generation, review, test authoring anddocumentation. 

- Design and deliver structured enablement programs suchas workshops, pair programming sessions and self-serve onboardingmaterials. 

- Evaluate emerging AI SDLC tooling options against realdelivery use cases to inform EPAM’s tooling roadmap. 

- Build and maintain a library of deployment playbooks,configuration templates and integration guides. 

- Track adoption and impact metrics such as cycle-timereduction and developer satisfaction to demonstrate value to clientstakeholders. 

- Collaborate with EPAM’s AI practice and account teamsto translate capabilities into practical client proposals. 

*Requirements*

- Demonstrable engineering background with stronghands-on ability across modern software delivery practices including CI/CDpipelines, code review and automated testing and agile delivery.
