Job Summary

As an AI Engineer, you will research, prototype, build, and deploy AI solutions for internal products and enterprise clients, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-domain AI applications to solve business challenges.

You will work across AI domains such as:

Responsibilities

AI Product Development

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and internal tools to meet business needs
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate AI solutions
• Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks for innovation
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Participate actively in product ideation and AI innovation initiatives

Generative AI / Agentic AI

• Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows to automate enterprise processes
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models into applications
• Develop Generative AI applications tailored for enterprise use cases
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI outputs
• Optimize prompts, workflows, memory, and tool usage for improved AI performance
• Evaluate LLM capabilities and architectures to inform solution design
• Develop AI copilots and AI workflow automation solutions

Computer Vision

• Develop or integrate video analytics and computer vision solutions using CCTV/video streams
• Implement object detection, tracking, and analytics for real-time insights
• Deploy AI inference pipelines on edge devices or servers for efficient processing

System Integration

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise software, APIs, databases, and messaging platforms
• Build workflow automation pipelines to streamline business operations
• Manage cloud-based or on-premise AI deployments for scalability and reliability

Deployment & Optimization

• Deploy AI applications into production environments ensuring stability
• Monitor AI system performance and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot and optimize latency, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Proficient in Python programming for AI development
• Experience with API Development and backend integration
• Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex for building AI agents and RAG applications
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as:OpenAI APITensorFlowPyTorchOpenCVONNX RuntimeVector Databases

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Vision or video analytics development
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, or cloud platforms
• Experience with frontend development or AI-powered dashboards
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Experience with Nvidia AI ecosystem or edge AI devices
• Experience building AI copilots or AI workflow automation systems
