Responsibilities

End-to-End AI Model Optimization Support

Responsible for model issue diagnosis, dataset construction, training, and testing of perception algorithms (2D/3D object detection, semantic segmentation, occupancy grid, etc.);

Develop Python code for iterative model optimization and performance improvement with deep understanding of algorithm principles and characteristics.

Large-Scale Data Engineering Development

Design and build efficient data processing pipelines for multi-step cleaning, transformation, annotation, and feature engineering of massive raw data;

Ensure data quality and consistency to support high-speed data supply demands for algorithm R&D.

Algorithm Engineering & System Development

Systematize and platformize data engineering workflows and algorithm optimization processes, participating in toolchain and system module development;

Drive standardized deployment and engineering implementation of AI data engineering capabilities to improve overall team R&D efficiency.

Responsible for the system design and development of AI data engineering Agents, building intelligent and automated data processing capabilities.

Requirements

Education: Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields;

Programming: Proficient in Python with solid coding standards, engineering practices, and debugging capabilities;

AI Agent Capabilities: Familiar with AI Agent usage and development with deep understanding of Agent working principles; capable of effectively leveraging Agent tools to improve work efficiency, with the ability to independently design and develop Agent systems, including capability planning, framework design, and engineering implementation;

Algorithm Understanding: Familiar with at least one type of computer vision/perception algorithm (2D/3D object detection, semantic segmentation, occupancy grid, etc.), with the ability to understand model principles, training workflows, and performance evaluation metrics;

Data Engineering: Experience in large-scale data processing; familiarity with data cleaning, ETL processes, batch processing frameworks (e.g., Spark/Flink), or efficient data processing tools is preferred;

Engineering Mindset: Capable of abstracting algorithm and data workflows into reusable engineering modules with systematic development thinking;

Preferred: Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or visual perception fields; familiarity with model training frameworks (e.g., PyTorch), distributed training, or MLOps workflows is a plus.

Please noted this role is open to global candidates but, Conversational level Chinese Speaking is needed to liase with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
