Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team to develop AI-driven solutions for financial research, automation, and trading workflow optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents for financial data analysis and research automation.
• Develop and optimise AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Explore and implement agent-based systems within quantitative finance environments.
• Experiment with multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and skills-based frameworks.
• Apply emerging AI technologies to enhance trading infrastructure and research capabilities.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and data scientists to integrate AI models into research and trading platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent frameworks, or workflow orchestration systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) is an added advantage.
• Keen interest in applying AI technologies within financial or quantitative research environments.
