AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead #JK

About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across enterprise environments.

This role combines hands-on AI delivery, solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead AI initiatives from proof-of-concept (POC) to production, mentor a growing AI team, and support client engagements.

This is a hands-on leadership role and not a purely managerial position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from POC to production deployment
• Translate business requirements into scalable and practical AI solutions
• Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor junior AI engineers
• Support presales activities, including technical proposals, solution discussions, demos, and POCs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and software teams on integrated initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture and system design
• Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, APIs, and system integration)
• Experience with AI platforms, data pipelines, or enterprise systems
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
