Job description

As an AI Strategic Pursuits Lead for Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience Automotive agent (formerly known as AAA), you are a key leader and go-to expert who is on the forefront of helping leading automakers transform the in-car experience using the power of generative AI to build customized first-party voice assistant experiences. You will be on point and directly responsible for driving the overall success of these strategic pursuits, a trusted advisor to top customers, and collaborating with various and talented cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists, across Google (and sometimes Alphabet) to shape the future of in-car experiences.

• Articulate and enable the path to digital transformation, technology adoption, and cloud transformation for strategic pursuits including workload prioritization, organizational and cultural readiness, capability adoption, and goal clarification.
• Hold accountability to customers at the board and executive-level to ensure the program realizes financial benefits, business objectives, and transformational outcomes.
• Define the overall governance model and services delivery plan for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
• Lead the delivery of multi-functional, large-scale Google Cloud transformation projects, as well as manage a partner ecosystem (i.e., product and services).
• Manage the presales scoping lifecycle, customer requirements, and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, stakeholder communication, relationship management, and building mitigation plans as the program evolves.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a business development sales pursuit role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
  
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges or selling automotive software technology to clients.
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products, voice assistants or predictive AI in automotive use cases.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, including Product, Field Sales, Customer Engineering, Solution Architects, to build business cases for transforming in-car experiences and accompanying plans.
• Experience with managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
• Understanding of the automotive industry, including how automotive systems are structured.
• Ability to grow in an ambiguous environment while at the forefront of strategic customer engagements.
• Ability to communicate in English and either Japanese, Korean, or Chinese fluently to review agreements.
