AI Transformation Manager

Job Summary

The AI Transformation Manager leads AI and digital transformation projects by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, facilitate agile processes, and drive change management for maximum value realization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI and digital transformation projects on time and within defined scope to meet business objectives
• Coordinate and actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases to ensure team alignment
• Refine and manage product backlogs collaboratively with users, developers, and testers to maintain clear priorities and actionable items
• Track project delivery progress and escalate risks or blockers promptly to maintain schedule and quality
• Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development and testing
• Prioritize user stories based on business value, complexity, and user feedback to optimize delivery impact
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and secure sign-off from relevant stakeholders to validate solutions
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile ways of working to enhance team productivity and collaboration
• Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress to ensure smooth project delivery
• Champion agile practices within the team and across functions to foster continuous improvement
• Monitor team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint outcomes to identify opportunities for process enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, and user communications to support adoption
• Collect and analyze post-implementation feedback to drive continuous improvement loops
• Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, solutions, and test outcomes to ensure knowledge retention and transparency
• Prepare progress reports and highlight issues for review with leadership to inform decision-making
• Actively participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing activities to contribute to team development
• Foster a positive, solution-oriented team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in AI, analytics, or process automation to support digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), or data science tools to enhance solution capabilities
• Proven experience in Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and user story writing to drive effective project execution
