Algorithm Researcher

Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Scope: Includes but is not limited to various technologies such as 2D image recognition, 3D vision, multimodal large models, and etc.
2. Algorithm Research: Responsible for the innovative design and implementation of visual algorithms aimed at practical business application, maintaining a leading edge in both academia and industry.
3. Project Support: Support, drive, and lead one or more projects by completing requirement modeling, framework design, model iteration, and technology accumulation.
4. Platform Development: Develop and manage the necessary tools and algorithms platforms, assisting in comprehensively improving the accuracy, performance, and data generalization of deployed models.
5. Industry and Productization: Gradually summarize industry insights from projects, refine them into products, and achieve the true integration of algorithms into practical applications.

Job Requirement:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Coursework Foundation: Solid understanding of computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning, deep learning, and computer graphics.
• Research Focus: Familiar with common visual fields and have conducted in-depth research in some of them, including detection, segmentation, key points, classification, OCR; 3D key points, 3D reconstruction, multimodal large models, etc.
• Programming and Tools: Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C/C++ or Python; familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc., and have relevant development experience.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; bold in breaking through and innovating in work; passionate about solving challenging problem.s
