Application Manager (Banking Industry)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

The client is a leading Asia-based consulting and technology services firm that helps organizations drive digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise system implementation across industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Develop and maintain End-User Computing (EUC)applications using Microsoft Access and Excel.

·        Design, enhance, and support solutions leveraging SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, SQL Server, and Windows Server technologies.

·        Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall methodology.

·        Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Bank’s IT Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

·        10+ years of experience in Banking IT or an IT consulting environment.

·        Hands-on development experience in at least one programming language; proficiency in Access VBA, .NET, and C# is an advantage.

·        Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, and Windows Server-based database solutions.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

·        Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

·        Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work in a team-oriented environment.

·        Adaptable to highly regulated banking environments with strict governance and policies.
