Application Specialist (Oracle Fusion Financials)

We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist to manage our Oracle Fusion Financials ecosystem and enhance our enterprise analytics capabilities. In this role, you will be the key link between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring our systems drive operational excellence and data-led decision-making.

Responsibilities

•      Maintain and configure core business applications to align with organisational policies and compliance.

•      Own the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials application modules and oversee system integrity.

•      Manage OIC integrations including REST/SOAP services, FBDI bulk loads, and file-based flows.

•      Execute technical and functional tasks with a primary focus on the technical health of the system.

•      Adhere to ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management within a structured SLA.

•      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable workflow improvements.

•      Manage role-based access control and prepare documentation for audit and security compliance.

•      Develop and maintain structured documentation for all configurations and operational cases.

•      Provide training and guidance to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of enterprise systems.

•      Monitor and resolve errors within integration frameworks and event-driven flows.

Requirements

•      A degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

•      At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications and analytics platforms.

•      Technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and OIC integrations.

•      Familiarity with ITIL principles and structured service management processes.

•      Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex application issues and process gaps.

•      Experience with application configuration, documentation, and compliance protocols.

•      Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

•      Exposure to Oracle EPM applications is considered a distinct advantage.
