Application Support Analyst (SAP)

Responsibilities

·      Support users on business applications and systems.

·      Troubleshoot system issues and follow up with vendors when needed.

·      Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions.

·      Gather user feedback and support system improvements.

·      Assist with system testing, implementation and user training.

·      Prepare reports and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

·      Support basic data extraction and SQL queries.

·      Maintain system guides, records and project documents.

Requirements:

·      Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

·      At least 3 years of experience in application, ERP or business systems support.

·      Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, Power BI and IT ticketing tools.

·      Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.
