Applications Developer (ServiceNow)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Applications Developer (ServiceNow) with strong expertise in ITSM implementation, platform customization and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Develop platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and ACLs.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP web services and web technologies.
• Support automation and orchestration processes and provide technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow scripting
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
• Experience with system integrations and automation
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ITIL processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work rotational/night shifts
