Assistant IT Project Manager - Permanent Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Define project goals and scope
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Plan and document project tasks
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives
• Ensure deliverables are delivered on-time
• Manage all project resources
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Understand and explore customer business challenges and requirements
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualities We Value

• 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, orCircleCI.
•  Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
