Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager / Manager (GFS Functional Procurement)

Job Description 

As a GFS Deputy Manager/Manager, you will perform business and IT support of the financial and procurement processes and work out enhancements in line with the business requirements and within the globally defined template. You will also participate in the planning, end-user collaboration, enhancement, maintenance and support for PSA Group of companies worldwide. 

Roles and Responsibilities  

• Play a significant role in connecting and bridging between the business and global IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud 
• Perform analysis on the business enhancements and propose solutions within the given global template 
• Perform and/ or supervise changes to the system in accordance to the proposed solution 
• Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud) to propose innovative improvement solutions and processes, recommend and implement these improvements through effective stakeholders’ management and communications 
• Conduct the following: 

1. Support business-users in their daily business 
2. Provide 2nd/ 3rd level support to key-users in case of issues and liaise with the experts (internal, external) to get these issues sorted out 
3. Handle system change requests, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing changes. 
4. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of the procurement system. 
5. Act as project manager for internal Oracle Fusion Cloud rollout projects as part of PSA Franchise value cascade 
6. Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

Professional background  

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, iProcurement), including configuration and customization, at least 3 years of experience 
• Good knowledge in Procurement functional processes 
• Experience in Financials modules will be an advantage 
• Experience in Inventory management and Order management will be an advantage 
• Good understanding of Oracle cloud-based technologies and architecture (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS): OIC, SFTP, ATP database and REST services. 
• Experienced in supporting Oracle Fusion regionally or globally 
• Good supporting skills in the functional business areas 
• High-level appreciation of end-to-end application support  
• Familiar with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contractual matter 

Business skills   

• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication to communicate effectively with the users and their managers; as well as the vendors, system analysts, and system engineers supporting you 
• Understanding and applying change management 
• Good analysis skills to understand the business requirements, to design the solution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfill the users’ requirements 
• Good vendor contract management skill to manage a group of contract programmers for technical work 
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets and schedules 
• Able and willing to travel globally occasionally
