Associate Consultant - Commodities Trading Management Company

Enuit seeks to hire a Associate Consultant.As a Associate Consultant, you will participate as a team member or as anindividual consultant on a software product implementation with our customersthroughout the globe.

Description of the Opportunity:

• Manage initial product implementation, additional enhancement, and/or integration projects for Enuit clients in installing, configuring, testing and supporting such projects either onsite or remotely.
• Provide Entrade pre-sales support/demo and training to the client.
• Design business processes that match client requirements and that are easily configured in Entrade, communicate objectives, and deliver the solution in an efficient manner to the client.
• Provide clients with full range of technical support services for troubleshooting technical & performance issues.
• Communicate with client to understand desired results and assist in the design and testing of user acceptance test cases to validate project delivery.
• Provide system and project documentation to the client.
• Ensure clear communication to management, development, technical and support resources, and with project management to assist in managing deliverables and expectations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Trading, Risk Management and Logistics tools and emerging trends.

Qualifications for consideration:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, International Trading or other related fields
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts
• Experience with industry standard performance monitoring tools and ability to do application and database performance tuning will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure and AWS)
• Experience with writing and analyzing SQL queries
• Experience with Finance and accounting/SAP background
• A self-starter with proven troubleshooting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train others
• Willing to work in stressful situations and dynamic environment
• Familiar with common software project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc)
• Traveling may be required
• Experience in commodity trading industry with knowledge on CTRM systems
• Highly resourceful and detail-oriented team player with great learning skills
• Candidates without experience but with a solid Business/Technical foundation are welcome to apply
