🚀 Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Audio-Visual (AVA) Executive to support the school's audio-visual, multimedia, and ICT operations. The successful candidate will provide AV support for school-wide events, maintain AV equipment, assist with ICT-related matters, and ensure the smooth operation of classroom and school multimedia systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🎥 Audio-Visual & Multimedia Support

• 🎤 Provide AV support for assemblies, celebrations, performances, school events, meetings, and examinations.

• 🎬 Create and edit videos based on school requirements.

• 📽️ Set up and operate projectors, sound systems, visualisers, Apple TV, and multimedia equipment.

• 🎓 Conduct hands-on training for staff, student technology representatives, and Media/Infocomm Club members.

• 📝 Assist with National Examination AV and IT setup.

💻 ICT Support

• 💻 Troubleshoot students' and staff Personal Learning Devices (PLDs), including DMA-related issues.

• 🔧 Provide technical support for classroom AV and IT equipment.

• 📺 Resolve issues related to projectors, visualisers, Apple TV, and classroom technology.

🛠️ Maintenance & Asset Management

• 🔧 Perform preventive maintenance on AV equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms.

• 📦 Maintain AV equipment, PA systems, sound systems, LCD projectors, and multimedia devices.

• 📋 Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and functionality checks.

• 🏷️ Maintain inventory records, equipment tagging, maintenance logs, and damage reports.

• 📥 Receive, inspect, and verify delivery of AV and IT equipment.

🤝 Vendor & Procurement Coordination

• 🤝 Liaise with school management and external vendors for servicing, repairs, installations, and maintenance.

• 📦 Support procurement of AV and IT equipment.

• 🔄 Coordinate equipment servicing and replacement.

📄 Administrative Support

• 📑 Manage AV equipment loan records and authorisation.

• 📝 Maintain loan books, inventory records, maintenance reports, and equipment documentation.

• ✅ Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with school procedures.

✅ Requirements

🎓 Education

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in:

  • Audio Visual Technology

  • Multimedia

  • Information Technology

  • Electronics

  • Media Technology

  • Related Discipline

💼 Experience

• ✔️ Minimum 1 year of Audio-Visual (AV) experience in a Singapore school.

• ✔️ Experience supporting school events and multimedia operations.

• ✔️ Experience in logistics, maintenance, or inventory management is an advantage.
