Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV Programmer to join our Singapore team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and commissioning control system programs for audio-visual (AV) integration projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to deliver reliable, high-quality AV control solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AV control system programs for commercial and enterprise projects.
• Program and configure control systems such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, AMX, or similar platforms.
• Develop user-friendly graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for touch panels and mobile devices.
• Integrate AV systems including displays, video conferencing equipment, audio DSPs, matrix switchers, and lighting controls.
• Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Participate in factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and commissioning activities.
• Prepare programming documentation, system architecture diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Provide technical support to installation teams during project implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand functional requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct system upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance as required.
• Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, Audio Visual Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AV programming or AV system integration (commercial AV preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, or AMX control systems.
• Strong knowledge of AV integration, audio DSP configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Ability to read AV schematics, signal flow diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Preferred certifications: Crestron CTI-P101 & CTI-P201, Extron Control Specialist, or Q-SYS Level 1.
