As an AV Technician, you will be the core custodian of our office collaboration technology, corporate event spaces, and meeting environments. You will ensure our hybrid workforce enjoys a seamless audio-visual and video conferencing (VC) experience. This role requires a balance of traditional AV hardware troubleshooting, event production support, and modern IT/networking familiarity.
1. Daily Operations & System Maintenance
Conduct daily morning floor checks across all meeting rooms, executive boardrooms, and training spaces to ensure VC systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms) and AV peripherals are fully operational.
Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and regular hardware health checks on all AV equipment.
Manage local AV inventory, tracking equipment lifecycles, and managing asset tagging.
2. Live Event & High-Profile Meeting Support
Provide dedicated, end-to-end technical support for high-stakes hybrid meetings, all-hands town halls, webcasts, and executive-level presentations.
Set up and mix live audio, manage lighting setups, operate video switchers, and monitor live streaming signals during corporate events.
Work alongside external vendors, event organizers, or internal facilities teams to deliver flawless technical execution.
3. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Act as the primary point of contact for level-1 and level-2 AV/VC incidents raised by internal staff.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
Education: NITEC / Higher NITEC, Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in corporate AV/VC setup or workplace infrastructure operations.
Technical Familiarity: Practical knowledge of Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and modern enterprise peripherals (Logitech Tap, Poly, Crestron, or Cisco Webex).
Mobility & Navigation: Exceptional familiarity with Singapore’s public transit network (MRT/Bus) or possession of a valid Class 3 / 2B driving license to efficiently navigate local delivery drop-offs.
Language: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English to interact smoothly with corporate executives, external clients, and vendors.
Trustworthiness: High level of integrity and discretion when handling highly confidential corporate or legal documents.
Agility: A proactive, flexible mindset; comfortable pivoting quickly from technical troubleshooting to operational or logistics support based on daily priorities.
Composure: Remains calm and clear-headed under pressure during live events or tight delivery timelines.
