Avaloq Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agile delivery models.
• Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations.

Requirement:

Experience and Domain Knowledge:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.

Requirements are that all candidates must have either:

1. Banking / Wealth Management business experience.
2. Avaloq functional and/or technical experience.
