AVP – Technology (Solution Architect)

We are seeking an experienced AVP – Technology(Solution Architect) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise technology solutions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists to deliver secure, scalable and reliable solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Job scope and responsibilities

·      Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable end-to-end solution architectures.

·      Design application, integration and cloud-based solutions that meet business, security and regulatory requirements.

·      Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure engineers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Review technical designs, code and implementation approaches to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.

·      Lead technical solution discussions and provide architectural guidance for new initiatives and system enhancements.

·      Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions to improve operational efficiency and system performance.

·      Support application integration using APIs, middleware and cloud services.

·      Prepare architecture documentation, technical specifications and solution diagrams.

·      Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

·      Provide technical mentoring and knowledge sharing to development teams.

Requirement

·      Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

·      Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software development, enterprise solution architecture or technology consulting.

·      Demonstrated experience designing enterprise applications, system integration solutions and cloud-based architectures.

·      Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
