我们正在招聘一位具备扎实 Java 后端开发经验，并对 AI 辅助软件开发充满热忱的后端技术主管（AI 平台），负责带领团队持续优化及演进公司的核心后端平台。

这是一个需要亲自参与开发（Hands-on）的技术领导岗位，负责推动核心系统的现代化、技术债务改善、架构优化、系统稳定性、可维护性及扩展性，并带领后端工程团队持续提升工程质量。

你将与产品、测试、基础设施及其他工程团队紧密合作，在确保业务稳定运行的前提下，持续推动技术改进。同时，你也将负责推动 AI 辅助开发工具在团队中的落地应用，以提升开发效率、软件质量及交付能力。

主要职责

技术领导与系统现代化

• 带领及指导后端工程团队，建立技术文化。

• 推动系统架构优化、性能优化及技术债务改善。

• 主导技术设计、架构评审及代码审查。

• 提前识别技术风险并制定解决方案。

• 建立工程规范及最佳实践。

• 与跨部门团队合作推动项目交付。

后端开发

• 持续参与系统开发、生产支持及问题排查。

• 开发及维护 Java 后端服务、微服务、REST API 及系统整合。

• 持续优化系统性能、稳定性及可维护性。

• 推动 CI/CD 与自动化改善。

AI 辅助开发

• 推动 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code 等 AI 工具应用。

• 评估新兴 AI 技术并推动工程实践。

• 审核 AI 生成代码，确保质量、安全性及可维护性。

團隊領導

• 规划团队工作重点及资源配置。

• 指导工程师成长并进行技术辅导。

• 支持季度绩效管理。

• 建立持续改善及技术卓越文化。

资格要求

• 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

• 五年以上 Java 后端开发经验。

• 熟悉 Spring Boot、微服务、RESTful API、分布式系统。

• 熟悉关系型数据库、NoSQL、Kafka/RabbitMQ、Redis、Docker、CI/CD。

• 具备大型生产系统维护经验。

领导能力

• 具备技术团队领导经验。

• 具备良好的 Ownership、沟通及跨部门协作能力。

AI 能力

• 熟悉 AI 辅助开发工具。

• 能够评估 AI 生成代码质量。

Position Overview

We are looking for a Backend Technical Lead (AI Platform) with strong Java backend development experience and a passion for AI-assisted software engineering to lead the continuous enhancement and evolution of our core backend platform.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for driving core system modernization, technical debt reduction, architecture optimization, system stability, maintainability, and scalability, while leading the backend engineering team to continuously improve engineering quality.

You will work closely with Product, QA, Infrastructure, and other engineering teams to drive technical improvements while ensuring business continuity. You will also be responsible for promoting the adoption of AI-assisted development tools within the engineering team to improve development efficiency, software quality, and delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & System Modernization

• Lead and mentor the backend engineering team while fostering a strong engineering culture.

• Drive system architecture improvements, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction.

• Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and code reviews.

• Identify technical risks proactively and develop appropriate solutions.

• Establish engineering standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Backend Development

• Actively participate in system development, production support, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and maintain Java backend services, microservices, REST APIs, and system integrations.

• Continuously improve system performance, stability, and maintainability.

• Drive CI/CD and automation improvements.

AI-Assisted Development

• Promote the adoption of AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive engineering best practices.

• Review AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.

Team Leadership

• Plan team priorities and resource allocation.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical coaching.

• Support quarterly performance management.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of Java backend development experience.

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with relational databases, NoSQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker, and CI/CD.

• Experience maintaining large-scale production systems.

Leadership

• Proven experience leading technical engineering teams.

• Strong sense of ownership, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

AI Capabilities

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools.

• Ability to evaluate the quality of AI-generated code.

• Passion for leveraging AI to improve software development efficiency.
