Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Banking Technology Lead to support the delivery of a system enhancement project for a major banking platform. The project involves building a solution to delievr digital customer advice for Unit Trust transactions, enhancing the current process where advice are generated externally and physically mailed to customers.
The role will cover project delivery, solution design, build coordination, testing support, reconciliation, performance testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. This is not a pure coding role. We need a hands-on technology delivery lead who can work across business, technology, vendors, and bank stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technology delivery for the banking system enhancement project.
• Work with business users, technology teams, vendors, and external system owners to clarify requirements and delivery scope.
• Support analysis, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Coordinate data sourcing, data file generation, system interfaces, reconciliation, and advice generation workflows.
• Manage new interfaces between internal banking systems and external/vendor platforms.
• Support SIT, UAT, parallel run, reconciliation testing, and performance testing.
• Ensure solution output is properly reconciled against existing system output.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Support go-live planning, deployment readiness, production cutover, and 3-month post-golive support.
• Ensure proper documentation, change management, release management, and banking technology governance. Required Experience
• 8+ years of experience in banking technology delivery, application management, or system implementation.
• Strong experience delivering banking system projects involving interfaces, data files, batch processing, reconciliation, and production support.
• Experience working as a Tech Lead, Delivery Lead, Solution Architect.
• Good understanding of banking systems, especially investment, wealth, fund operation payments, and customer documents generation platforms. • Experience managing SIT, UAT, performance testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to review technical designs, data flows, interface specifications, and system integration requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with business users, vendors, offshore teams, and senior bank stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing BAU issues, incidents, change requests, and production support after go-live. Technical Knowledge

• Experience with wealth management, investment products, corporate actions, or customer document generation.
• Experience with digital enablement projects in banking.
• Experience working with external vendors or third-party banking platforms.
• Experience in regional banking environments, preferably Singapore
