Business Analyst

·        Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.

·        Minimum 6 years of experience as a business analyst in digital or technology projects.

· Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environments and across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

· Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·        Demonstrated experience delivering government or public sector digital products.

·        Strong experience in requirements elicitation,business process analysis, and documentation.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
