Business Analyst (AI & Credit Origination)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our banking transformation team. The successful candidate will act as a functional Business Analyst within project teams, focusing on wholesale banking credit origination and early credit warning initiatives. The role will also drive AI-enabled business transformation by identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), ensuring successful implementation, governance, and realization of business value.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit origination and early credit warning systems.
• Conduct detailed functional analysis and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with business users and stakeholders.

AI & Digital Transformation

• Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics.
• Work with business stakeholders and data science teams to define AI use cases and success criteria.
• Monitor AI initiative progress and ensure realization aligns with project objectives and business outcomes.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Analyze large datasets to support business decision-making and process optimization.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in banking transformation or digitalization projects.
• Proven experience in credit origination processes within wholesale banking environments.
• Experience working with AI, analytics, or data-driven initiatives is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of:Web-based applications and APIsDatabases and SQLData warehousing conceptsData visualization and reporting tools
