Business Analyst Low Code

• Lead requirement‑gathering sessions to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
• Analyse complex business problems using data, workflow mapping, and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities and propose evidence‑based recommendations.
• Develop and maintain documentation including PRDs, user stories, process maps, and technical specifications with strong traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Design and execute UAT strategies, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with development teams on post‑production monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous product iteration based on user feedback.
• Identify innovative opportunities through strategic analysis, platform business models, and digital ecosystem thinking.
• Explore and evaluate Whole‑of‑Government digital products to connect ideas, interpret data, and guide collaborative decision‑making.
• Assess analysis tools and techniques to justify portfolio initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, orrelated field
• 6+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in enterprise‑level environments
• Strong proficiency in business process modelling and requirements engineering.
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms;
