Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate the feasibility of implementation and manage the project's scope.
• Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications etc Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
• Develop technical design specifications and translate the technical design into process/program specifications—involved in the design review session.
• Participate in Coding and Code Review.
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
• Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators.
• Provide post-implementation support (including production support and service requests).
• Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions. Conduct gap analysis of current business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma / Degree with at least 2 years of programming experience in .Net framework (C#) and knowledge in MS SQL
• Proven experience in software development projects throughout their whole lifecycle (SDLC)
• Forward-looking with strong analytical and logical thinking
• A creative thinker with problem-solving skills, the candidate should have strong execution skills and continually drive for success.
• Strong OOP understanding and ability to design the modules using OO methods
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in design patterns, adopting different patterns in different scenarios
• Hands-on experience in .NET development, including .NET Framework and .NET core, web development and Windows service development
• Hands-on experience in database programming and performance optimization (MS SQL and MySQL)
• Hands-on experience in cloud programming with AWS/Azure/Alicloud
• Hands-on experience in the development environment, GitHub, VSTS, CI, and project execution mythologies like agile
• Hands-on experience in servers like Windows server and Ubuntu servers, IIS, NGINX, Cloudflare etc
• Familiar with mobile app development will be a plus
• Familiar with Sharepoint administration/development will be a plus
