Business Analyst (Product Management / Low Code)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of enterprise applications within a large-scale digital transformation environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to analyse business needs, define requirements, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Salary Package: Up to $9,500 (basic) + AWS

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage.
• Experience with low-code or workflow automation platforms (e.g. Tungsten Automation, Decisions, Appian, Pega, OutSystems, Mendix, Camunda, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
