Business Development Manager (AI Digital Kiosk)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hunt new logos relentlessly: Prospect, qualify, and break into new verticals and accounts

• Run the full sales cycle: From first call to signed contract — own discovery, pitch, proposal, and close

• Get deep on each sector: Understand your prospect's world well enough to reframe their problem around our solution — not the other way around

• Sell value, not features: Present our AI digital human kiosks as integrated business outcomes, not tech demos. Connect the dots between ROI, CX, and the client's goals

• Translate the field back to the team: Your market intel shapes our roadmap. You're the voice of the customer — bring the signal in, not just the signatures

• Drive deals across the finish line: Build compelling proposals with internal support, then steer deals through procurement, legal, and sign-off without losing momentum

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-7 years of proven track record of opening doors: You've hunted new business before — not just nurtured existing accounts

• Hands-on experience in the physical tech space is a plus: Interactive kiosks, digital signage, AV, or physical installations — you understand how this stuff gets deployed in the real world

• Sharp communication under pressure: You can hold a room, adapt your pitch on the fly, and write a proposal that doesn't need three rounds of editing

• Enough technical fluency to be credible: You don't need to code, but you need to map a user journey, brief a tech team, and speak intelligently about how our solution integrates

• Self-directed and fast-moving: You plan your own week, report proactively, and don't wait for perfect information before taking action

• Entrepreneurial hunger: You see a market gap and want to go fill it
